General Information about Tunica Pet Resort
Tunica Pet Resort is the new name for Happy Tails Groom and Board. Same GREAT Service, Just A New Name and Location. We are the only boarding/grooming facility located in Tunica county and we're in the heart of the casino district. This new 4,000 sq. ft. facility is located on Casino Center Drive - just a few yards off of Highway 61 (next to the Cottage Inn).

Things To Know Before You Arrive
Bring a copy of your pet’s current vaccinations, which must
include Bordetella (for kennel cough-which is highly contagious
among dogs). If you travel a lot with your pet, their shot record
should always be with them anyway - it's like their "traveler's
license." You never know when you may have to stop
somewhere unexpectedly. And any reputable boarding kennel
should ask to see these records! If you don't have them, just
call your vet and have them fax it to us. We'll put them in
our computer system and also make a copy for you if you need them.
Bring your pet’s usual food. We have high-quality food here but it’s
probably not the same as yours and changing a pet’s food suddenly
can cause diarrhea.
Your pet has a few boarding options here at the Pet Resort. We have installed kennels that are 4'x5' and 5'x6'. They are all inside our facility with heating and air-conditioning. Inside these kennels we have "Pet Cots" and "Kuranda" beds. Your dog will not have to sleep directly on the floor.
You can also bring their dog’s own bedding or some article of
clothing or toys – just so your pet has a “scent” from home with
them while boarding. We also have plenty of bedding here as well.
